MDA
丙二醛(MDA)是标称式为 CH2(CHO)2 的有机化合物。它是一种无色液体, 是一种以烯醇形式出现的高活性化合物。它天然存在,是氧化压力的标志。 它是由多不饱和脂肪酸的脂质过氧化产生的。它是血栓素 A2 合成的主要产 品,其中环氧化酶 1 或环氧化酶 2 将花生四烯酸代谢成血小板和其他多种细 胞类型和组织的前列腺素 H2。脂质过氧化的程度可以通过组织中丙二醛的 数量来估计。
可检测样本中大鼠的MDA,且与其类似物无明显交叉反应。
由于实验操作条件的不同( 如操作者、移液技术、洗板技术和稳定条件等),标准曲线的OD值会有所差异。以下数据和曲线仅供参考,实验者需根据自己的实验建立标准曲线。

在选取的健康大鼠血清、血浆、细胞培养上清中加入3个不同浓度水平的大鼠MDA,计算回收率
分别在选取的4份健康大鼠血清、血浆、细胞培养上清中加入高浓度大鼠MDA,在标准曲线动力学范围内进行稀释,评估线性。
